The Updated International Clinical Recommendations on Scar Management advocates the use of silicone gel as first"line therapy for the prevention and treatment of abnormal scars such as keloids and hypertrophic scars. 

Intended Use

CytoDerma is used for the prevention and treatment of abnormal scarring such as those that may result from cosmetic and surgical procedures.

CytoDerma is suitable for all skin types, complexion and colour.

It is safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding as well as on infants, children and people with sensitive skin.

Directions for use

Duration of Treatment:

• Continue to use CytoDerma until no further improvement is seen or as directed by your health care professional.

Caution:

• CytoDerma should not be placed in contact with eyes, mucous membranes, open wounds and third"degree burns.
• CytoDerma should not be applied over other skin treatments without the advice of your health care professional.
• CytoDerma may stain clothing if not completely dry.
